CANCELLATION POLICIES

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT(S)
Place or places on a course will be secured when full payment has been received. Once a course is booked and paid for, any cancellation will result in a complete loss of all deposits and payment at the discretion on Wild About Pembrokeshire. If you are unable to attend please see point 5 regarding rescheduling.

In the circumstance where a client is provided with credit for events (when a payment isn’t taken upfront) if clients cancel within 30 days of the course taking place they will be charged 50% of the original FULL course costs.

If Wild About Pembrokeshire cancels a course at any point a full refund will be offered.

A REQUEST TO CHANGE THE COURSE DATE BY THE CLIENT
Wild About Pembrokeshire understands that events arise that may be out of the control of the client, therefore, if the client wishes to change the date of the event they are currently booked on to, this can be done up to 30 days before the original course date.

VOUCHERS
By ordering or buying a Voucher you also agree to the terms and conditions listed. Vouchers are non-refundable. The end date of the voucher may be extended, but this is at the discretion of Wild About Pembrokeshire and will only be considered in extreme circumstances.

VARIATION OF A COURSE BY Wild About Pembrokeshire
A Wild About Pembrokeshire course is, by its very nature, exposed to natural variables, including the weather. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to deal with (indeed to learn from) such contingencies there may be occasions when Wild About Pembrokeshire, through no fault of its own, is forced to vary or modify a course itinerary at short notice or decides to do so in order to take advantage of natural circumstances. The client acknowledges that information about courses provided by Wild About Pembrokeshire is given in the best of faith but that because of the variability of nature it may be reasonable to alter or modify a course and that in such circumstances it is not reasonable for Wild About Pembrokeshire to be liable for any losses consequential on such a change and that Wild About Pembrokeshire liability is limited accordingly.
